Paris Unfiltered is a digital archive that transforms the city’s discarded fragments into intimate stories of urban life. From lipstick-stained tubes to broken metro tickets, from protest banners torn mid-chant to forgotten baguettes lying on cobblestones — this collection maps not just what Parisians lose, but how they move, eat, fight, and live.

Each artifact, tagged with its GPS coordinates, invites you to explore the city through what it leaves behind — a reverse museum where meaning is found not in preservation, but in loss. Scroll through the grid, click any object, and dive into the micro-narrative of a city constantly rewriting itself. When you're ready, follow the trail back to the streets using the integrated map — and see Paris not as a postcard, but as a living, breathing, dropping organism. Paris Unfiltered is inspired by the Situationist concept of dérive and informed by contemporary street ethnography.

Built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a responsive grid layout and Leaflet.js for map integration, the project visualizes each artifact’s location via OpenStreetMap.
